I’m talking about whipping up lunch or dinner without condiments, sauces or the other extras we’ve come to think of as “must-haves” for bringing out the flavor of our foods: salt, sugar, creamer, ketchup, mayo, mustard, dressings, dips, and hollandaise…seriously folks!

Heard of "The Incredible Edible Egg"? Are eggs a good source of protein and can they be part of a healthy diet?  Eggs are commonly eaten at breakfast and are found as ingredients in lots of recipes. Eggs are very nutrient dense and energy dense with lots of vitamins, protein and fats. That makes sense when you think about how a fertilized egg has to feed a baby chick until it hatches. Nutrient Density How do you decide which foods you want to eat? Flavor? Texture? Convenience? Comfort? Many people choose the foods they eat based on immediate gratification, without much thought about the long-term effects of their selections.
