When you hire a personal trainer to help ou reach your goals you should expect a few basics:

Every Client at Venus receives an Integrative Fitness Assessment that analyzes biomechanics, strengths, weaknesses, and neuromuscular function. 

We offer a free fitness consultation to give you a chance to see our studio, find out about our programs (which fit all time and financial budgets), and get the one-on-one attention you deserve.

1 hour sessions & 30 minute sessions available

Group Personal Training

FAQ

  • The workouts are 30-45 minutes long.
  • They accommodate all levels of fitness because it is personalized even though it's a group.
  • The times for group sessions are 5:45 am and 9 am mon wed and fri, 6 pm mon wed and Thursday, and 7:30 am Tuesday/Thursday
  • We use all sorts of equipment--balls bands weights, etc. to perform an interval workout that works on increasing strength, metabolism, and balance.
  • I can and do accommodate people with knee issues.

More and more studies are showing that exercise is crucial to prevent the reoccurrence of cancer. Studies also show that exercising during treatment can clear chemotherapy from your system faster, reducing nasty side effects. Elyse has had great success with cancer survivor training, helping women feel stronger and getting back to feeling "normal."
